The song is arranged with modern vocal effect and technique to express the atmosphere and environment of the poem. The poem describes a girl who has long been waiting for her lover to come back from far away. The clatter of horse hoofs has given her hope. However, it is just a passer-by, not her lover.

Each movements of the mass represents one island from Indonesia. Gloria represents West Papua island, with traditional yelling and voice imitation of the traditional nose-flute.

The Merry Poppins. Last Sunday we performed in Café De Pianist in Amsterdam. That's me in the bottom right corner playing and conducting :) We performed songs from musicals such as Hair, Fiddler on the Roof, Sister Act, and of course Mary Poppins.
