The biggest surprise was that the arranger, Dr. Dav...  moreThe Vocal Art Ensemble of Davis, California performs "Dulaman" arranged by David Mooney in St. Patrick's Cathedral, Dublin, Ireland as part of their performance tour of Ireland from September 2-11, 2010. The biggest surprise was that the arranger, Dr. David Mooney, was in the audience, and made a guest appearance with the chorus at the end of the performance.  

This work served as one of the 'water' pieces for The Vocal Art Ensemble's 5th Anniversary "GODAI--Choral Music Summoning the Five Ancient Elements" concerts, alluding to the changing and sometimes playfully tumultuous properties of the sea.
