Trata-se de uma peça com cinco andamentos, escrita para o coro infantil New Orleans Children, aquando da participação no Crescent City Festival de New Orleans, em 2009. Fazem ainda parte da peça alguns clássicos de Natal como "Zat You Santa Claus", popularizado por Louis Armstrong; "Little Drummer Boy" ou "Silent Night" com arranjos próprios do quinteto. Brechlin chose to rewrite one verse of the traditional dance song the Hokey Pokey as if written by William Shakespeare, for which he won the prize of a shotgun shell salt and pepper shaker.
