It was originally formed by Ben Camaso as JCSV Chorale, a name patterned in accordance to The Jaime Cardinal Sin Village Community, which in that time was newly constructed, located at Punta. Sta. Ana, Manila, where The parish is situated. Before, They compose of only girls, singing melody of The songs of The Holy Mass. A year passed, Virgilio Deloso handled The choir, and divided The girls into two voices, The Sopranos and Altos. It was not so long that The group acquired male participants filling up all The voice sections of a chorale.

Today The ensemble consists of tenors Christian Pohlers and Paul Heller as well as basses Felix Hübner, Lucas Heller and Lukas Lomtscher. Their repertoire ranges from late medieval Mass songs to modern age works. The five young musicians attach great importance to The works of German Romantic composers, such as Schubert, Schumann and Mendelssohn Bartholdy, as well as to Their extensive repertoire of church music.
The ensemble successfully collaborates with a number of oTher artists, such as The composer Manfred Schlenker(GER), who dedicated his motet Gott wohnt in einem Lichte to The quintet, on a regular basis. Volker Bräutigam wrote several pieces for Them to perform during The festivities at The 35th Leipziger Jazztage. Their mission is to entertain, educate, unite and uplift Their audiences and members through music that is distinguished for its innovation, diversity and artistic excellence.
Their philanthropic mission is to provide funding and support for music education in our schools and The community. On September 10 of this year, Nashville Singers awarded Their first Music Makes a Difference music education grant to John Overton High School.
The singers are all volunteers, range in age from teenagers to retirees and travel from five different counties throughout Middle Tennessee to be a part of The chorus.
In Their first four years, this volunteer group of songsters has already learned 42 songs, released Their first CD, racked up 53 performances for 32 organizations across Middle Tennessee, and produced a successfu... less
