I love you, I love you, I love so immensely, Mother, mother, sweet mother. For your love and your kindness, I will sing your praises all of my lIfe. (Ahh) My soul is delirious at the cries of your pain; My Music throbs and groans its length. Lord, in your kindness, Comfort my mother. Give her your love, your strength and your light. For she remains forever my great inspiration, And that my lIfe for her is a blessing. Recorded live on December 14, 2014, at the Broward Center for the Performing Arts in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Performed by the Chamber Singers and Men's Auxiliary ensembles of the Girl Choir of South Florida. Artistic Director: Wallis Peterson, Accompanist: Gayle Giese. What sweeter Music can we bring, Than a carol, for to sing the birth of this our heavenly King? Awake the voice! Awake the string! Dark and dull night, fly hence away, And give the honor to this day, That sees December turned to May. Why does the chilling Winter's morn Smile, like a field beset with corn? Or smell like a meadow newly shorn, Thus, on the sudden? Come and see the cause, why things thus fragrant be: 'Tis He is born, whose quick'ning birth Gives lIfe and luster, public mirth, To heaven, and the under-earth. We see Him come, and know Him ours, Who, with His sunshine, and His showers, Turns all the patient ground to flowers. the darling of t...    less

Jazz doesn't really fit my voice very well, but that doesn't change the fact that I'm in love with it. I also felt like this song would be the perfect opportunity to prove I don't use pitch correction. there is an awful lot of reverb on this song (more than I normally would use), but I figured since there are a few solos you would clearly be able to hear that I don't use any correction software (especially on the 2 soprano solos haha) It would really make my day If you would like, subscribe, and share this with everybody you know. Like I said, no pitch correction was used (or will ever be used). This will most likely be the first and last vocal jazz piece I d...    less
