This project we did gave some of our members the studio experience while also challenging them in an area of Music they were not used to! In this case, the areas we wanted to expose our members to were the ins and outs of recording in the studio, learning a technical piece using the written score and learning how to be aware of our presence while on video. It is about a mystical tribe of desert women who would stamp their feet into the dust creating beautiful clouds. Light would shine through and create patterns and rainbows. Men would be attracted by these clouds and come to the women's camp. the Wirindji women would cook for them, mate with them then kill them and eat them!
