The choral programme starts with a general education for ages 5-7, before they are ready for Junior Choir (7-10), Intermediate Choir (10-13), Stage Choir or Youth Choir (13-18). Youth Choir contains over 80 singers, and the total number of singers meeting each week at the academy is over 180. The junior choirs are directed by Mrs Kate Venvell, Stage Choir is directed by Richard Halton and Julie Gossage, and Youth Choir is directed by Tim Venvell.  less

En l'an de grâce 880, au lieu dit Montserrat en Espagne, à la tombée de la nuit, des bergers virent descendre du ciel une puissante lumière… C'est la lumière solaire qui donne vie au vitrail avec ses variations d'intensité du lever au coucHer du soleil. Le verre quant à lui a été : obsidienne, verre volcanique naturel ; tectite ou fragment de roche fondu et expulsé en dehors du cratère lors de l'impact d'une météorite ; fulgurite enfin ou " pierre de foudre " produit par les impacts de foudre sur une roche...    less
