Our repertoire spans the centuries, from the Renaissance to the 21st Century. Our particular speciality is folk music from all over the globe. Cantóirí sings each song in the original language. We are lucky as we have been able to draw on the language skills of choir members from around the world. Cantóirí perform regularly in Dublin and also enjoy taking part in Choral competitions around the country.

We rehearse every Thursday night from 7-8:30 pm. Our members not only enjoying get together to sing some of their most favourite songs but also having a catch up with each other every week. From the album "Invocation" this track depicts the lives of the fishermen who lived on the West Coast of Ireland. Music is by Michael McGlynn, as is the solo. Filmed by Michael in 2006 in Cleggan, Co. Galway.

Comprised of professionally trained musicians, Innismara is dedicated to the performance of the intimate and hidden treasures of the vocal ensemble repertoire. Innismara made its debut in the summer of 2010 at Muses and Minstrels: A Festival of Early Performing Arts held in conjunction with the Cupids 400 celebrations. In collaboration with the Hot Earth Ensemble, Innismara performed music from the late Renaissance and early Baroque, highlights of which were recorded for national broadcast on CBC Radio. The success of these performances led to an invitation to participate in a series of workshops and performances in the Labrador Inuit communities of Nunatsiavut in the spring of 2011.
