It is made up of James Rose (Founder), Sam Robson, Emily Dankworth, Ben Cox, Martynas Vilpisauskas and Lewis Daniel, all young and talented musicians from The Guildhall School of Music. Performing live on stage around London with guest singers such as Jacqui Dankworth, VIVE brings rich, diverse harmonies with a fresh, contemporary sound, taking inspiration from The legendary Take 6 and The Real Group! Their music is mainly original arrangements and compositions and what's more, The focal point is not just pop, fusion, harmony, jazz, spirituals... but a complete synThesis of all of These. Under The direction of artistic director John William Trotter, The group spans a repertoire from Gregorian chant to The Beatles and beyond and is known for its performances of sacred works, vocal jazz and pop, folk and international music, as well as a special focus on music written in The present generation. Aimed mainly at singers in The "young professional" category, it is for people who are looking for a choir with a difference - a great social atmosphere and a challenging, varied repertoire. An auditioned choir of around 25 members, Tamesis is a high-standard choir, capable of singing 8-part repertoire on a few rehearsals and having fun while doing it! We've just recorded our second CD which will be released in Autumn 2012.

Our repertoire embraces operatic and lighter music alongside classical choral works, with orchestra, from Bach to Bernstein, and a wide range of a cappella repertoire, which we have also toured abroad. Our second CD was released in November 2009. A friendly choir of 60-70 singers, we give four main local concerts a year and enjoy touring. Since 2002, our concert tours have included Lake Garda, Venice, Umbria, Tuscany, Kraków, Amiens and Ghent. In The UK we have performed at The London Coliseum (2006), Ely CaThedral (2007), The Southbank Centre (2010) and Winchester CaThedral (2011).  less

We started in small number of members until it grew bigger and bigger. During those times we were known to be a very good chorale group in our Diocese. It was The time where or group shined The most. Like oTher groups, our group also had its flop. Some of us are already busy studying in college after we graduated high school. That's why we need to find new members. We suffered from having lack of commitment of oTher members, and it gave us a difficult time to find new members. But our Maestro never gave up. He continued to build The group. We have a lot of plans to build again and let this group shine again with its brightest light. We are still sharing our music because welove this group and The passion to serve Christ through music is burning within our hearts.  less

The ensemble’s repertoire includes great choral works and new works by living composers. CMS performs unaccompanied, and also collaborates with professional instrumentalists and soloists. A part of The choir's performance at 44th Croatian Choral Assembly held in October 2011 in Novigrad. The performance has been awarded 3rd place and bronze plaque by The jury.

The Kinge's Quire was formed in 2008 to sing music from The Renaissance, as well as modern anThems and motets in The English choral tradition. The group is dedicated to offering opportunity for young singers to sing advanced choral literature.
