Director, Pierre Massie, has composed many original pieces for the choir, as well as creating lively and contemporary arrangements of traditional carols.
The release of their first CD Qui creavit celum, celebrated the Stairwell Carollers' 20th anniversary in 1997. In 2000 they released I Saw a Swete Semly Syght and in 2003 Mourning Dove. Their very first madrigal CD, Audite nova, was released in October of 2006 and their fourth Xmas CD Laudemus cum armonia in 2009. 2012 marked the release of their first CD of sacred songs from the Renaissance, Cantate Domino, Their fifth Xmas CD O magnum mysterium is now available for purchase.
Winner of the 2010 OMFA provincial competition, they are ranked amongst the best of Canada's choirs.

Kikimasu (grades 4-6) offers a focus on thorough and excellent music education, with singers learning about healthy vocal production, the body-voice connection, and vibrant performance presence, as well as ant emphasis on musical literacy, music theory, and sightsinging skills. As with all our Ensembles, Kikimasu provides a secure and accepting social environment where all singers feel their importance as members of the group. Most importantly, Kikimasu has fun and creates exciting music!
Kikimasu means “hear it” in Japanese; you can look forward to hearing the music they make at every concert! less

We rehearse at St. Faith's Anglican Church, 7284 Cypress Street (at 57th Ave) every Wednesday evening at 7:30 PM. We encourage men who love to sing to visit.
