Tras la tenue cortina de la alcoba
está el jardín envuelto en luz dorada.
La cuna, casi en sombra. El niño duerme.
Dos hadas laboriosas lo acompañan,
hilando de Los sueños Los sutiles
copos en ruecas de marfil y plata.

It has evolved into an ensemble determined to reinvent itself continuously as it deve... moreA chamber choir composed of music lovers from all walks of life who enjoy singing together, the Novo Concertante Manila was originally formed as a recital choir in 1998. It has evolved into an ensemble determined to reinvent itself continuously as it develops a sound that is artistically intelligent.
In its 14-year history, Novo Concertante Manila has competed and won in several international Choral competitions. Among which are the 2nd Choir Olympics in Busan, South Korea(2002), the 1st A Voyage of Songs International Chorale Competition in Genting Highlands, Malaysia (2003) and the 23rd Takarazuka International Chamber Choir Competition in Takarazuka, Japan (2007). In 2009, the choir won the 1st and 2nd Prizes at the 46th Internationaler Chorwettbewerb in Spittalan der Drau, Austria and the 1st Prize at the 55th Certamen International de Habaneras y Polifonia in Torrevieja, Spain.
