Our subscription series offers innovative, collaborative concerts of classical masterworks, modern American repertoire and seasonal music. Having made several successful concert tours to Europe and the U.K., in 2008 the ROS made award-winning appearances in the Olympic Cultural Festival with concerts in Beijing and Shanghai. the ROS is a frequent guest of the Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra. We perform a wide repertoire of secular and sacred music, with and without accompaniment. Our concerts are at various venues in and around th...  moreWe are a small chamber choir of 20-25 singers founded 55 years ago, based in the London borough of Hillingdon. We perform a wide repertoire of secular and sacred music, with and without accompaniment. Our concerts are at various venues in and around the borough, and once a year we perform with a small professional orchestra. We also hold regular social gatherings, to include families and friends, and enjoy musical evenings and events. Would you like to sing with us? New members in all voices are warmly welcomed. After a few weeks there is a short informal audition, which includes some sight-reading. Members are asked to pay a modest subscription of £11 per month by direct debit. We rehearse weekly during term time on Monday evenings from 8.00pm to 10.00pm, in the small parish hall at All Saints Church, Long Lane, Hillingdon, UB10 9BT. the small parish hall is behind the main church hall, and can be accessed from the side entrance.  less
