Founded in 2018 by Jessica Joan Graham, Aria Cappella has already entranced audiences across Victoria with their modern twist on traditional operatic divas. They seek to capture the majesty and thrill of audience's favourite arias in stunning new arrangements by for four female voices, and zero instruments.

Kitka's program features traditional and contemporary Balkan, Slavic, and Caucasian (Georgian and Armenian) repertoire sung in more than twelve languages.

The group was formed in 1976 by women who shared a common interest in the complex harmonies and compelling rhythms typical in Balkan music. We also sing sacred, gospel, jazz, pop and world music, with the odd novelty number thrown in!
