About Me I was born in Surrey into a very musical family and have played, sung, composed, organised, led and absorbed music since my childhood. Whether directing choirs or leading worship, I am awed by what music does to individual people. My musical influences are unified by their ability to draw an emotional response - the antithesis of 'easy listening'. From street drummers to stadium-fillers I am captivated by well-crafted but effortless words, natural rhythm and glistening harmonic moments.

I have been writing songs of varying styles for over 20 years. For me song-writing is all about capturing and constantly returning to the green shoot of an idea. It is the quest to unclutter and quieten everything that is not the music I first heard.

Having recently settled in Stamford, Lincolnshire I have a renewed anticipation to awaken new songs and see where my musical journey will take me next.
