About Me
Elmhurst Choral Union sings choral-orchestral masterworks of all eras, from Buxtehude and Sweelinck to John Rutter and Karl Jenkins. We are based in Chicago's western suburbs.
ECU performs two major concerts each season with full professional orchestra musicians and pro soloists, and also a mini-concert of our singers in solos and duets with piano.
Our small ensemble, Elmhurst Choral Union Chamber Singers, appears at local events.
Our outstanding volunteer singers come from throughout the Chicago area for a unique musical experience. Our conductor, Scott Uddenberg, is also a well-known area soloist and teacher. Working with him has made us better singers and more knowledgeable musicians.

Working with him has made us better singers and more knowledgeable musicians.
