With people going back to their home communities and often being isolated from others of like path, it's easy to get overwhelmed. I think that's a bigger problem in North America than in Britain due to the bigger geography. Co-directing is a great way to ameliorate this, as Shivon and I do with the Gettin' Higher Choir.
