About Me The Bury St Edmunds Bach Choir, known to all as the Bury Bach Choir, was founded in 1932 to perform the great choral masterpieces, and is proud of its history and its central position in the cultural life of Bury St Edmunds. It was recently described by the East Anglian Daily Times as “a treasure for the town”. We celebrate our 86th birthday in 2018.

We give three major concerts each year with full professional orchestra and soloists, and also give a Christmas concert. Whether you are a choral music afficionado, or have just discovered classical music, you can enjoy the thrill of live music by coming to our concerts.
