A perennial competitor on the international stage, The Alliance Chorus has qualified for the Barbershop Harmony Society (BHS) International Competition every year since its’ formation in 1999. Ever “In Tune With Excellence”, The Alliance competed this past Summer in Las Vegas finishing 15th in the world, and in previous years has finished as high as 4th place! In addition to the competition circuit, The Alliance Chorus also has had many opportunities to give back and perform for the community. The choir sings the 12 days of Christmas but it all goes horribly (or hilariously) wrong.

The Fantasy Choir was created in January 2014 and is the first and only choir in Greece repertoire reclaimed exclusively from fiction .

Macquarie Singers is an unauditioned community choir from Epping, NSW, Australia. This is our first virtual choir, created October-December 2020 on Dharug, Eora and Kuring-gai land. This is our first virtual choir, created October-December 2020 on Dharug, Eora and Kuring-gai land. After performing Ola Gjeilo's 'The Ground' in our final concert in 2019, we were preparing it again for our 'Indomitable Spirit' concert in May 2020. Then, Covid-19 arrived. Like many choirs, we kept going online, or outdoors when permitted. This film is a record of our year, made to remind ourselves that joy and connection are still available to us, despite distance and change.
