They take their name after Bruce Springsteen’s album The Seeger Sessions, since their first concert took place at a lecture on American Folk Music when Springsteen was touring Italy in 2006. In 2011 they published their first CD, Songs of Freedom, a collection of protest songs with a strong connection to the Civil Rights Movement. In 2015 TSV published their first original single, “Graces (Dropping Again)” written by ZogaroS. In 2017 TSV will release a concept album of 16 songs and vocal interludes composed and produced by all the girls. “Broken Dream”, written by Chiara Cortez and Emanuele Jorma Gasperi, is the first single published to launch the record.  less

O. Afriyie Duet - Dr. Oduro-Barnie Kwaku Anim - Mr. Prince Theophilus Adjei Despite the many blessings and gifts that we receive from God on a daily basis, many of us fail to recognize or appreciate them. We take the beauty of nature, the love of our family and friends, and even our own existence for granted, forgetting that each of these is a precious gift from our Creator. Ultimately, our ingratitude towards God is a reflection of our own spiritual blindness and ignorance. We fail to see the many ways in which God is present in our lives, and we fail to recognize the many blessings that He bestows upon us each day. If we truly wish to overcome our ingratitude, we must learn to open our hearts and minds to God's presence, and we must strive to cultivate a spirit of gratitude and thanksgiving in all that we do. - Musikteers Ensemble Gh #trending #hymns #popular #viral #Music #art #artist #choralMusic #sacred #soothing @VOCES8 @TheSympho...    less

Initially formed in 1987 simply as a means for those interested to gather together to sing, more formal concerts were later organized and presented. In addition to two planned concerts a year (a Christmas concert in the Fall and a Spring concert), there are frequently requests from local organizations for appearances. For example, in the spring of 2011, the group performed at the Wright Brothers Monument for the Centennial of the Wright Brothers Glider Flight. The repertoire of the Outer Banks Chorus ranges from the Classical to Broadway, and spirituals of all kinds and in different languages. Recently the chorus has sung a number of premiere performances of pieces by contemporary composers. All are invited to hear the chorus sing exceptionally lovely and wonderful choral Music.  less
