The professional Choir performs in Boston and New York with a unique group of singers from all over the country. The group is made up entirely of students at Berklee College of Music. The name, Crepusculum, is the Latin word for twilight, or the perfect blending of light and dark (voices).

A fountain wher in this case the musical joy starts to spray it's joyful notes. The love for music and the willingness to reach a good Choir sound is the starting point of this ambitious group of amateur singers. The Choir members originate from different kind of choral background (close harmony, church Choir and oratorium Choir). Endora consists of 8 sopranos, 8 altos, 5 tenors and 5 basses.

Whichever stage our members are experiencing in their personal musical journeys, the IFC is filled with enriching opportunities to learn and grow both as musicians and as individuals. In May 2014, a concert entitled: “The CWU Choir...  more"Oft Have I Vowed" (Vijay Singh) is sung by The Central Washington University Chamber Choir (Gary Weidenaar, director) Composer Vijay Singh is a member of the Central Washington University music faculty. In May 2014, a concert entitled: “The CWU Choirs and Friends sing songs of Singh” was presented on the CWU Campus. In that concert, 28 of Singh’s pieces were performed by 6 Choirs, including two invited guest high school Choirs. Known for compositions such as Johnny Said No, and Medieval Gloria- this concert included those accessible compositions as well as some of the more challenging pieces, like this one. As of 2014, the CWU Chamber Choir also has recorded videos of the music of Gjeilo, Byrd, Gretchaninoff, Monteverdi, Muehleisen, Victoria, and Rautavaara on YouTube. Founded in New York City in 2008 by Artistic Director Vince Peterson, the organization now encompasses: a roster of professional ensemble singers, a volunteer chorus of 40-50 adults and an annual week-long Summer Institute in Brooklyn for composers and conductors. The culture of the organization marries informality, loving support and joyful curiosity, with the expectation of solid and technical musicianship, constant learning and openness toward the unexpected.  less
