During a Saturday Night in June The first open-air concert took place on one of The most beautiful university campuses in Europe. The event had a picnic character and took place on June 16 in The evening in The courtyard with fountains in front of The Main Building of The Gdańsk University of Technology. The program includes works by Georg Friedrich Handel performed by The Baroque orchestra and academic choirs from Gdańsk and Kraków, as well as a fireworks show.
The concert repertoire includes pieces by George Frideric Handel, such as The coronation anThem "Zadok The Priest" and "My Heart is Inditing", "Water Music" and "Music for The Royal Fireworks" were performed. The music scene was set on The stairs in front of The Main Building. The musical side of The evening was made more attractive by The fireworks show, which accompanied The performance of The last part of "Music for The Royal Fireworks". less

The New Jersey Chamber Singers (NJCS) is The premier vocal chamber ensemble of The Jersey Shore. It was founded in 1978 by Dr. Jeffrey Unger for The sole purpose of providing quality performances of choral music written for The small ensemble. ... moreHISTORY
The New Jersey Chamber Singers (NJCS) is The premier vocal chamber ensemble of The Jersey Shore. It was founded in 1978 by Dr. Jeffrey Unger for The sole purpose of providing quality performances of choral music written for The small ensemble. In The 32 years of its existence, NJCS has presented concerts throughout New Jersey and beyond. NJCS was chosen to represent New Jersey at The American Choral Directors Association Eastern Division convention in Baltimore in 1984 and again in Philadelphia in 1988. In June 1991, by invitation of The Bishop of Washington, D.C., NJCS performed at The National CaThedral. In December 1998, NJCS was The guest of The Orpheus Club of Philadelphia and performed in Their annual Christmas concert at The Academy of Music. In 1999, NJCS performed at Alice Tully Hall in New York City.
MEMBERSHIP
