The World Youth choir session 2012 was held in Cyprus from August 7th to September 1st, 2012 thanks to the cooperation between the Foundation World Youth choir and the Cyprus Symphony Orchestra Foundation - Cyprus Youth Symphony Orchestra, supported by the Ministry of culture and education - Cyprus presidency of the European Union (cultural events in 2012).

Armenian Youth choir (AYC)
Hamazkayin's Armenian Youth choir (AYC) was founded in order to keep the young generation's taste & interest in classical, folk and contemporary qualified music alive.
The choir's founder and artistic director is Maestro Zakar Keshishian.

The choir's founder and artistic director is Maestro Zakar Keshishian.
The choir’s pianist is Mrs. Kamila Keshishian.
The choir has a multilingual playlist which extends from Armenian traditional folk songs to modern Armenian or non-Armenian songs.
These songs are performed in different ways:
- A capella
- Accompanied by the piano
- Accompanied by the Armenian folk traditional band
- Accompanied by a modern contemporary band.
Many Armenian musicians from Armenia enrich the choir's repertoire with their unique and creative works.
The choir members are composed of university students and secondary classes students in Armenian High Schools, as well as young Armenians in the work force.
The choir has given concerts in AUB's Assembly Hall, USJ's Saint Joseph Church, as well as concerts in Cyprus.

The Winneba Youth choir, known to be the number one choral music group in the country was founded in May 1989, under the patronage of Mr. George Mensah-Essilfie and Mr. John Francis Arthur-Yamoah (Paa John).
The choir has progressed steadily to the extent that it is now recognized as the most outstanding Youth choir of the nation.
