Marryatville High School's Special Interest Music caters for selected gifted students and students with Musical potential. Choral Music is an essential part of the Musical development of these students. The Concert Choir is an auditioned Choir of about 40.

We share our love of singing by performing an entertaining selection of Music from a variety of genres. Since our inception, we strive to engage all our audience members, from the Musically sophisticated to first-timers. We enjoy bringing our performance art to the Calgary community. We perform at two major concerts per year as well as various community performances. As a distinctive and dynamic women’s vocal ensemble, we collaborate with local artists to perform unique arrangements of familiar and eclectic repertoire. Blend Vocal Association strives to unite in harmony and share our love of singing by performing a diverse and entertaining selection of Musical styles. As a result of the love they had for Choir Music, they felt a need for a School Choir to be established. From the first year of its existence, Choir was trained and prepared for the Schools’ eisteddfods by two fellow students. In 1998, they both matriculated. In the following year these students continued with the Choir training and were compensated for their services by the School Governing Body (SGB). In 2001 they were snatched by nearby Schools that were willing to pay them better wages and the SGB had to look for other people who could assist with Choir training from the community. This continued until 2004, when the School employed a teacher who studied Music at university. In 2009 another teacher, who studied Music too, came and volunteered his services at the School. As the premiere chorale ensemble at OSU, the OSU Chamber Choir, under the direction of Dr. Steven Zielke, has garnered national attention and international awards. While touring Eastern Europe in 2001, the Choir received the Grand Prize at the Festival of Light in Bulgaria, and in April 2006, the Chamber Choir was selected as the only collegiate mixed Choir from outside of the state of Utah to perform at the 60th Music Educators National Biennial Conference in Salt Lake City. The Choir has performed in many exciting venues, including a performance of Beethoven's Ninth Symphony in Smetana Hall in Prague and at Strathov Monastery in Prague Castle, the first Choir allowed to perform in the monastery in decades. It was established on July 2013 by Music educator and conductor Mr. Aristeo B. Butial through the help of their principal Mr. Willy D. Federico and head teacher of MAPEH Department Mr. Emeterio S. Vargas Jr. It became one of the pillars of performing arts in the said School promoting culture and arts through choral Music. In 2015, when the Special Program in the Arts established, the group was tied up in order to utilize and serve as training ground for students majoring Music with an emphasis in voice performance. Diliup had orchestrated the Music in terms of a classical orchestra and recorded it with the vocals of old Royalist Santhush Weeraman of B&S fame and the Royal College Choir.
