The Alberton mens' choir was founded by Bennie Bierman in 1992. Since 2018 Dr. Paul Potgieter is the conductor. We perform at a variety of functions, often during church services. Since 2018 Dr. Paul Potgieter is the conductor. We perform at a variety of functions, often during church services. Our Easter-and Christmas programs are very popular. We also present a praise service ("Lofdiens") as church service. Our "soiree choralis" is another enjoyable event that we host. This is an ideal fundraiser for a church or other organisation.

The heart of Dozan wa Awtar Music Establishment is singing and community building. Major activities revolve around three groups: Dozan wa Awtar Singers, Dozan and Atfal Dozan. Dozan wa Awtar Singers is an innovative large community choir ranging from 40-60 singers that performs three main concerts a year. Their repertoire includes a wide variety of genres including classical, musical theater, Arabic and world music . Dozan is a chamber choir that experiments with new Arabic arrangements and other world music and specializes in smaller tailored performances as well as festivals and competitions.
