This is a choir for mission through praising. Pilgrim Mission choir gives regular concert once a year with ever new and differentiated church Music leading the circle of choral Music as a pioneer. The choir is also recognized with its performance. It manages concerts more than 10 times a year like rush of invitation, local tour and church tour concert. Focusing on church Music, repertoires of the choir cross over every age like renaissance, motet, baroque and classic, and every genre like spirituals, gospel and modern Music. The singing of the choir is always enough to excite the audience. PMC, at the 2002 2nd Busan International choir Olympic, won the champion with dignity in the 'Musica sacra a cappella' almost dominated by European choral Music. Aghias Triados Children's choir was established in 1967 by a talented young Musician, Theodore Papakonstantinou (1948-1969), who had time only to install the foundations of the choir. However, he managed to leave a lot of song harmonizations and a ...  more Aghias Triados Children's choir was established in 1967 by a talented young Musician, Theodore Papakonstantinou (1948-1969), who had time only to install the foundations of the choir. However, he managed to leave a lot of song harmonizations and a significant Mass, which is sung by the choir in the Aghias Triados church of Thessaloniki. From 1969 till now, the choir continues its work successfully having as its director his elder brother Vassilis Papakonstantinou, with whom it has given many concerts in more than fifty cities in Greece and aboard, as well. It has visited Italy, Germany, Austria, Switzerlandn, Hungary, Czech, Bulgaria, France etc. It has won first prices and gold metals in choir competitions. One of the most important parts of Aghias Triados Children's choir's history is its participation with European Union Youth Orchestra and Vienna's Youth choir, to the performance (Athens, 1985) of the third Symphony of Leonard Bernstein under the direction of the composer.  less

We have recently launched the John Hanson Community choir. Open to all ages across the community of Andover and beyond. Come and join us and join in with the fun and love of singing together. Every Thursday evening 6-8 pm at John Hanson Community School - Andover
