For over 12 years, Quinta.5 has been redefining the limits of the human voice, in a show that captivates the crowd over and over again. Their Vocal blend, together with their original arrangements create a unique Israeli sound that can be distinguished in every performance, providing a rich musical experience for the Israeli audience. Since the group was formed in 2006 by its founder Doron Ben-Ami, Quinta.5 has achieved great recognition both in Israel and throughout the world, and today is at the forefront of the contemporary a cappella scene in Israel. In 2012 they performed in the Israeli Music Awards (Acum) for the first time, and since then their performance has become one of the recurring acts every year. The group performed in many Israeli well known festivals as well as formal national ceremonies and numerous television shows. In 2015 the group toured in the United States for the first time in celebration of the Isr... lass="view_less_link" href="javascript:void(0);" onclick="$(this).getParent().getPrevious().style.display='';$(this).getParent().style.display='none';">less
We are a group of friends who got to know each other while singing in the same academic or chamber choirs. Eventually, our passion for the classical music led us to create our own Vocal ensemble. In our repertoire there are also some pop music arrangements.

Initially, the singers performed mainly in their home town and neighbouring areas, actively accumulating experience for their first serious contest, the latvian National Contest for Vocal Ensembles, in 1999. Success amongst the tough competition in the category of female ensembles encouraged the singers to participate in international contests, resulting only in awards. Success increases the joy of singing and in order to spread positive emotions to a greater number of Vocal music admirers, Anima Solla began concert trips to the Netherlands, Germany, Austria, France, Poland, Lithuania and Australia. Anima Solla has three different concert programmes – sacred music, compositions of latvian composers and folk song arrangements, as well as jazz and popular music. The group has also recorded 3 CDs - Domine Dominus Noster which includes sacred music compositions, Vai tā mana vaina bija (Was it my fault) with different latvian folk song arrangeme... lass="view_less_link" href="javascript:void(0);" onclick="$(this).getParent().getPrevious().style.display='';$(this).getParent().style.display='none';">less
