Located in the in the heart of Stockholm, these two churches are a renowned center for church music in Sweden. The Choir´s repertoire consists of a cappella works from a wide range of national styles and periods, as well as larger works for Choir and orchestra. The Choir has won several of Europe´s most important competitions including the European Grand Prize for choral music. The Choir has also participated in a wide array of national and international festivals such as the Conference for Swedish Choral Conductors, the Scandinavian Symposium for Sacred Music, the Tolosa Festival in Spain, the IFCM World Symposium in Minneapolis, Sagra Musicale Umbra in Italy, Musica Sacra in Germany, Polyfollia in France, Debrecen Festival in Hungary, and De Internationale Koorbiënnale Haarlem in Holland. Founded in 1977, the Choir has gained a well-deserved reputation for performing neglected and unfamiliar music as well as better known and popular pieces, both sacred and secular. New members are welcome and encouraged to attend three rehearsals before an informal voice appraisal.  

Circa is a compilation of current and former vocal music students from the Greater Houston area.

We are a large, dynamic and ambitious amateur Choir of around 150 singers. We perform exclusively with professional orchestras and soloists, promoting concerts mainly in Guildford, but also in the major London concert halls and occasionally abroad.

We're a Choir of about 15 people, singing secular music from all genres and from all times (from the sixteenth century onwards, that is). and provided that it's a cappella music. Even within these limits, there's still an awful lot of pieces left ...
