The choir is composed of 16-20 singers from all majors who perform a variety of music, from classical, to folk, to contemporary jazz. Members of the Wesleyan Chorale also perform in the Wesleyan Singers, an open-enrollment ensemble that performs a variety of music while developing vocal technique and musicianship skills.

Mr & Mrs Sam Korankye AnkrAh, the Apostle General and his wife the Premier Lady of Royalhouse Chapel International, serves as the Executive Chairperson of the Board of Directors of the choir. The choir has two (2) album to its credit namely Kashe Gbeye (Danceable tunes) & Afe Ato Hen (A Christmas Danceable tunes) and several live performances ranging from hymns, anthems, classical etc to its credit.
