Die Mini-Voices, die Maxi-Voices und The Voices. Wir kommen aus Duisburg und proben jeden Donnerstag im Gemeindehaus Beim Knevelshof in DU-Wanheimerort (Minis 17:15, Maxis 18:15, Voices 19:15). Da wir immer neue Mitglieder suchen, seid ihr herzlich willkommen, bei einer Probe dabei zu sein und kräftig mitzusingen. :-) The Voices is a choir for children (from 4-8), teenagers (from 9-14) and adults, separated in 3 different groups, called Mini-Voices, Maxi-Voices and The Voices. We are from Duisburg in The west of Germany and practice every thursday. We are always looking for new members, so feel free to contact us. :-)  less

The choir will celebrate its 100 years of modern history in 2027 with a global tour. Current artistic director and conductor, Bjørn Moe - a former soprano in The choir, successfully reinvented The choir since joining as conductor in 1973. There are 100 members in The main choir, 70 sopranos/altos (9-15 years old) and 30 tenors/basses (15-68 years old). In addition, The mini-boys choir, has 40 boys ages 7-9. Their 4-part harmony and infectious humour has brought Them popularity as Their repertoire and reputation have grown. Entertaining for pleasure, They raise thousands of pounds for voluntary, charity & community groups. £1200 profit from donations and Their first CD was donated to “The Cove” Cancer Centre and furTher donations have been made to RNLI and Cornwall Blood Bikes (who have received more than £3400 as Their current charity).
