Dedicated to presenting inspiring and...  moreFounded in 2011 by Artistic Director Tony Burdette, Voices of the Commonwealth, an ensemble of the Northern Kentucky School of Music, is a 70-voice community chorus for adults in Northern Kentucky/Greater Cincinnati. Dedicated to presenting inspiring and innovative programs that engage and enrich audiences, Voices of the Commonwealth has made quite an impact on the musical life of Northern Kentucky in two short years. Committed to collaboration and community involvement, Voices of the Commonwealth has partnered with the Kentucky Symphony Orchestra, the Disabled American Veterans National Headquarters, Highlands High School choral department, the Northern Kentucky Children's Ensemble, local veterans groups, churches, and musicians.  less

Toujours à la recherche de r...  moreL’ensemble vocal Para L’Elles, créé en septembre 2011 par Agnès BLIN au sein de l’École Municipale des Musiques et de Danse de MONTMAGNY (95 Val-d’Oise), explore le répertoire pour voix de femmes de la Renaissance à nos jours. Toujours à la recherche de répertoires originaux, l’ensemble interprète soit des œuvres écrites initialement pour ensemble vocal féminin, soit des adaptations pour ce type de formation. Depuis sa création, Para L’Elles s’est déjà produit plusieurs fois en Ile-de-France (Paris et banlieue) et dans le Périgord, individuellement et lors de rencontres musicales, soit a cappella soit accompagné au piano ou par un ensemble instrumental. L’ensemble est actuellement constitué de sept chanteuses amateurs confirmées, venues d’univers professionnels très différents mais que la passion du chant réunit. Elles peuvent être tour à tour soliste au sein de l’ensemble.  less
