Conducted by the Luxembourg native Pierre Cao, the Choir is now considered to be among the best in Europe. Using a flexible formation, ranging up to 32 singers, Arsys explores all choral repertoire, both a cappella and accompanied, from early music – Renaissance, Baroque, Classical – through Romantic and 20th century music to that of the present day. As an enthusiastic advocate of modern repertoire, Arsys regularly commissions new works by living composers. We are lucky as we have been able to draw on the language skills of Choir members from around the world. Cantóirí perform regularly in Dublin and also enjoy taking part in Choral competitions around the country.
