Being trapped in our homes due to COVID-19 didn’t keep us from singing together – quarantine rather boosted our creativity and turned white walls and bed sheets, smartphones and bookshelves into almost professional home studios. From rehearsing to audio recording and video production, the physical distance between us couldn’t stop our passion for making music together. In times that make us realize what’s most important to us, we felt closer than ever and really understood that … we don’t need fancy! As a choir, the Consort has a wide repertoire, ranging from Early Church music through to Folksongs and modern works. Each programme is different and reflects the wishes of those for whom we perform. Since the Consort’s formation it has raised, through its choral concerts, many thousands of pounds for a wide range of charities and churches. It is always glad to consider invitations from such organisations. Its services are given voluntarily, although a contribution towards its music library and other expenses is gratefully received. We would love to come and sing to you and help you raise much needed funds for your cause. In addition to singing at Fund Raising events, the choir is available to sing at private functions, weddings, funerals and so on  less
