This a-Cappella 4-voice version uses three altos and one bass, a Cappella. It explores a couple of alternative modes for the theme: Octatonic and Dorian. All members of Newquay Male Voice Choir, they are a rehearsed, a Cappella, male chorus with a repertoire consisting of over 100 songs including Shanties, Cornish folk, 1960s classics, seasonal & sacred music. Their 4-part harmony and infectious humour has brought them popularity as their repertoire and reputation have grown. Entertaining for pleasure, they raise thousands of pounds for voluntary, charity & community groups. £1200 profit from donations and their first CD was donated to “The Cove” Cancer Centre and further donations have been made to RNLI and Cornwall Blood Bikes (who have received more than £3400 as their current charity). Live broadcasts on local radio and a recording by ‘Spotlight’ for BBC Television followed. Die fließenden Rhythmen in Christina Georgina Rossettis Gedicht führen wie von selbst zu einer melodischen Vertonung. Die Sopran- und Tenorstimmen wechseln sich ab, indem sie jeweils die Melodie der Strophen 1 bzw. 2 singen, während die anderen Stimmen beschwingt und jazzig begleiten. All of the other songs sound amazing and this one is covered up and sounds like a lower video quality. South Salem High School's Symphonic Choir preforming at the Oregon 6A Choir championships. The fabulous amazing spectacular Carol Stenson is their long standing director. South Salem took FIRST PLACE at Oregon's State Competition. This was their second song of four. This whole competition took place at George Fox University in Newburg Oregon. The South Salem Saxons also took first at their Districts festival in Salem/Keizer Oregon.
