The group named DEKOR Chamber Choir is composed of experienced choral singers from various parts of Slovenia, who in the past used to sing in renowned Slovene and some foreign vocal ensembles. "Shenandoah - the lush a cappella harmonies towards the end had me hitting the repeat button again and again, if only to wallow in the glorious antithetical glissandos in the last measure. I loved that! " Barbara Allen - Pasadena, California USA
Lyrics
’Mid all the traffic of the ways,
Turmoils without, within,
Make in my heart a quiet place,
And come and dwell therein.
A little shrine of quietness,
All sacred to Thyself,
Where Thou shalt all my soul possess,
And I may find myself.
A little place of mystic grace,
Of self and sin swept bare,
Where I may look into thy face,
And talk with Thee in prayer.
