In 2012, the birth...  moreFrom the desire of some now grown-up boys, coming from the most diverse singing experiences, the Priamo Gallisay Male Choir was born in 2007 which immediately characterized itself for an unusual repertoire in the Nuoro musical panorama. In 2012, the birth of the Priamo Gallisay Cultural Association completes the cultural path desired by the founders. The Corale has about 30 members among its ranks.

Vi reiser og synger gjerne i vårt eget land - og i utlandet. På YouTube kan du høre Os Mannskor synge Os sangen, og se bilder fra bygda vår. Repertoar. Vi arbeider med et variert repertoar med stor spennvidde. Det dekker alt frå religiøs musikk til drikkeviser. Gammal og ny musikk, shanty, jazz - inspirert, negro spirituals og elles dei tradisjonelle mannskorverka. Mange forbinder mannskor med 17. mai og gamle tradisjonelle sanger. Os Mannskor stiller villig opp 17. mai med nasjonale musikkskatter, men det er likevel bare en liten del av et frodig bilde. Vi er ikke opptatt av båser når det gjelder musikk. Om den er gammel eller ny, lett eller seriøs, spiller mindre rolle. Det avgjørende er at musikken framføres best mulig og fenger publikum. Oppga...    less

The main core of repertoire of our Choir consist of real Pearls of Ukrainian sacred, folk and contemporary choral music a cappella as well as musical pieces with folk instruments background. Our most fresh big art-project is REQUIEM No. 2 in D Minor of Luigi CHERUBINI for male Choir and orchestra (1836), prepared and performed in April 2016 in The National Philharmonic of Ukraine together with the men's group of the P. Mayboroda Academic Choir of the Ukrainian Radio and The Symphony Orchestra of the Ukrainian Radio. Quotes from the British Media about our Choir: “... Each Funky Voices rehearsal is taught by hi...  moreThe Idea The award winning “Funky Voices” was founded and launched in 2007 to meet the community who sought a Choir that sing modern music that can be enjoyed by everyone, NO AUDITION and NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED. Each Funky Voices rehearsal is taught by highly qualified and experienced music tutors. Sandra Colston BA Hons (Musical Director) arranges the music to suit the Choir members, and to bring the music up to date and possible for a Choir to sing. The Sound With passions for vocal harmonies, and personal influences being likes of; Stevie Wonder, Earth Wind and Fire, Luther Vandross, Brian McKnight, Michael Jackson. The aim is to bring a similar vocal energy to Funky Voices… From Emotional rich harmonies to Feel-good dance tracks, our repertoire includes, including “Take That”, “Michael Jackson”, “Queen”, “Supertramp”, making it an exciting and enjoyable experience for everyone.
