Members of ...  moreThe Virginia Wesleyan Chorale is a small, auditioned group at Virginia Wesleyan College in Norfolk, Virginia. The choir is composed of 16-20 singers from all majors who perform a variety of music, from classical, to folk, to contemporary jazz. Members of The Wesleyan Chorale also perform in The Wesleyan Singers, an open-enrollment ensemble that performs a variety of music while developing vocal technique and musicianship skills.

The poetry sings of literal and spiritual connections between water and sky, a drop of water and human life, flowing water and love, drinking water and its container, The giddiness of spring and rolling seas, and The ocean's gifts and singing. We are a truly trans-generational choir consisting of staff, parents, colleagues, friends and family from across The Formby High School community. At full strength, we have over 80 talented members and we have recently launched a smaller ‘function’ group – The ‘G:Force Executive’ for weddings and private functions. We support The national Sing Up campaign and perform regularly across The local community. This exciting and innovative choir rehearses every Tuesday evening during term time, from 6.30pm til 8.00pm. With styles ranging from pop to gospel, we're sure There's something to suit your taste. Come and join us on Tuesday evenings at The University of Chichester, where we rehearse. We aim to give two/three concerts a year – we hope you can be in The next one! We are a group of ladies with ages ranging from early 20s to 50s. We usually run around The school holidays as we have a few mums but can run in The holidays as well if enough people are available. We charge per half term which works out at £5.50 a week when you commit to The whole half term. Please contact us if you would like to come so we can let you know which room we will be in.  less
