Although the choir originated and is based in Preston, Lancashire, members come from all over the North West. Individual choir members are involved in a wide range of local community Projects and often call upon the whole choir to help drive fundraising events across the region. One Voice Community Choir celebrates diversity and continually sources new material from its multi-cultural roots. The inspired leadership of Musical Director Tyndale Thomas MBE, combined with 14 years of performance experience has produced a stunning sound and versatile choral ensemble. VRC ensemble, is a non-auditioned rock/pop choir, accompanied by a live, professional band, performing at various venues in Toronto. We sing in 3 or 4 part harmony and have a great time!

With approximately 100-115 auditioned members and a professional core of 12 Voices,the choir's repertoire spans 6+ centuries . In addition to our annual subscription series, we sing with both the National Arts Centre Orchestra and the Ottawa Symphony Orchestra . The choir has made five international tours to Italy, Spain, Germany and the Czech Republic and the United Kingdom and Ireland . Following an extensive search which attracted a roster of highly- accomplished choral directors, the impressive and charismatic young conductor and keyboard artist, Jordan de Souza, was appointed Artistic Director and Principal Conductor in July, 2013.
