Performances during the two-day event will represent Africa, Asia, Caribbean and the Pacific under the Commonwealth Theme for 2012: Connecting Cultures. We took part of our rehearsal last night to honor Black History Month and celebrate the diversity of our Chorus. What better way to celebrate than with song. We chose "Oh Happy Day"' a late '60s gospel song with its roots from an 18th-century hymn.
