Nevenka's repertoire includes songs from Bulgaria, Macedonia, Croatia, Albania, Russia, Greece, and Georgia, as well as Ladino Sephardic and Rom (Gypsy) songs. The group was formed in 1976 by women who shared a common interest in The complex harmonies and compelling rhythms typical in Balkan music. Very much in The Eastern European tradition, Nevenka includes women of all ages making music togeTher.  

Thameside Harmony has been in existence for over 30 years. A ladies' a capella four part harmony group we have our roots in barbershop but sing all sorts of music from old standards and barbershop classics to mega pop hits by groups like Abba and Queen. A ladies' a capella four part harmony group we have our roots in barbershop but sing all sorts of music from old standards and barbershop classics to mega pop hits by groups like Abba and Queen. We perform sing outs for local groups in our area of Hampton in South West London, and take part in local fairs and festivals. Our weekly rehearsals on Wednesdays are a fun evening of singing, chatting and having fun togeTher. We are always open to having new members. Experience is not required, nor is The ability to read music as we have 'teach tracks' with The songs in your part on (tenor, lead, baritone or bass) and access to These are given alongside sheet music. The Harrisburg men have been entertaining central PA audiences for 65 years. Much of The music we sing is arranged in The barbershop style. Along with entertaining our local audience KCC competes in The Mid Atlantic District of The Barbershop Harmony So...  is).getParent().getNext().style.display='';$(this).getParent().style.display='none';">moreisplay:none;">The Harrisburg men have been entertaining central PA audiences for 65 years. Along with entertaining our local audience KCC competes in The Mid Atlantic District of The Barbershop Harmony Society and is a consistent champion in our Division. KCC also promotes quartet singing as well as a cappella singing among The youth in our region. It also reflects much of The liturgical and popular symbolism of The Christmas season: robins, holly etc and it brings our thoughts towards The season of Easter with The blood of Good Friday.
