It is located in Ghana, West Africa in a town called Ahinsan in the City of Kumasi. M.I.C performs many kinds of Music genre such as Hymns, Choral Anthems, Classical Music and contemporary Music. M.I.C has its mid-year annual choral program dubbed Marvelous Praise which features lots of Choirs to perform with them on many kinds of Music genre. M.i.C also has its end of year Music program dubbed Vespira which is entirely Music and prayers featuring other Choirs as well. M.i.C has performed at over 500 functions in Ghana since its existence. The Shrewsbury Chorale is a Mixed Choir of approximately 50 auditioned voices, which presents three formal concerts per season. Most repertoire is classical in nature.

This four part chorus (Soprano, Alto, Tenor, Bass) is devoted to Music of all styles, including Classical, Broadway and Contemporary tunes. These dynamic and talented singers range in age from 14-25, and include young women in gr.11 and higher, and young men with changed voices. The SYC annually participates in the Family Christmas Concert, and choreographed year end show. They also stage an Orchestra concert each spring, which has presented pieces such as Haydn's Lord Nelson Mass, Vivaldi's Gloria, and Requiems by Mozart, Faure, Rutter, and Daley, to name a few. This year, the SYC looks forward to singing Carl Orff's Carmina Burana. The Youth Chorus joined the senior and chamber Choirs in their 2009 tour to the UK. We are a Music group from Tembisa, in Gauteng. The group was founded in 2020 and it hosted it first event in October 2020. We released our first single track with Umlazi Levites Choir on 26 March 2021. We are available on all major social media platforms.

There are no auditions and the standard of Music that we produce is consistently high. We are regularly supported by high quality professional soloists and orchestras with the result that we produce highly enjoyable and satisfying concerts for audience and singers alike. We believe that anyone who enjoys singing should be able to experience the fun of making Music with other people. All we ask is enthusiasm and a willingness to join in!
