The Choir performs ordinarily Music during Catholic Mass and other forms of Choir services in churches and events. The formation of this Catholic youth has agreed to give contribution to the church and the country as young generation through Music. In 2014, Manado Catholic Choir had established its junior member, named Manado Catholic Youth Choir (MCYC). Founded in 1977, the Choir has gained a well-deserved reputation for performing neglected and unfamiliar Music as well as better known and popular pieces, both sacred and secular. New members are welcome and encouraged to attend three rehearsals before an informal voice appraisal.

Also winning 2 more gold medals in 'Grand Prix of Choral Music' the champions competed in, the Choir has come back to Turkey with a total of 5 gold medals.
