On November 14th, 2009 the Vancouver Cantata Singers teamed up with ICORD (icord.org) for a fabulous gala fundraiser at the acouStically luscious Blusson Spinal Cord Centre. VCS performs Franz Biebl's Ave Maria in the atrium.

On 26 of May, 2012, members of SoundRoutes choirs from across Glasgow and Lanarkshire visited Addiewell prison for the day to record a 4 track Ep "Changing Key" with the Addiewell Prison Choir. For security reasons, we could not take footage but everyone... An unlikely place to experience joy and community spirit, music brought together people from dramatically different backgrounds and gave them a common purpose. All proceeds go to Shelter Scotland.
