The boys are dedicated to their singing and passing on that enjoyment to it’s audiences. Flint Male Voice Choir is a registered charity No. 510346. ​ A Unique Sound What you would expect to hear from a Welsh Choir, yet made for today. The Choir sings a wide variety of music stretching from the 16th century to the 21st, old faithfuls, traditional Welsh hymns and folk songs, plus modern pop and quality contemporary compositions in many languages. Based in the City of London, the Choir is named after Haydn’s patrons, the Princes Nicholas and Paul Anton Esterhazy. The Choir makes occasional visits to other British Churches and cathedrals, as well as an annual foreign tour, recent destinations have included USA, Mexico, Sweden, Thailand, Rome and Prague. During the Choir’s existence, it has taken par...  moreFounded in June 1977, the present Whitehaven Male Voice Choir has established an enviable reputation among the musical world of male voices in Britain, along with appearances on local radio and television. During the Choir’s existence, it has taken part in many musical festivals, and proven its quality by winning many first prizes, and has been joined in concert by world renowned soloists and Choirs from Britain and America. Every year, the Choir perform around twenty concerts throughout Cumbria, raising thousands of pounds for charitable organisations and other worthy causes. The services of the Choir are provided entirely free of charge to the organisations they perform for. Outside the county they have performed in such notable venues as The Royal Albert Hall, London; on three occasions, Cardiff Arms Park; twice, Sheffield Arena and in Edinburgh.
