Antioch sings Paul Mealor's Ubi Caritas at the 2011 Piccolo Spoleto Festival. This piece was commissioned and performed at the Royal Wedding. We believe this to be the American premiere of the piece.

I was on the 1 train on Manhattan’s West Side one day when I saw the poem “Heaven,” by Patrick Phillips. I was immediately captured by the simple beauty of Patrick’s poem, and the mystery of the first line, “It will be the past.” I loved his vision and thought immediately that I wanted to compose music for this poem. Mystery, joy, wonder. “Heaven” is the winner of choral composition competitions sponsored by both the Manhattan Choral Ensemble and Georgia College. We are an informal community Choir who sing a broad variety of songs. We meet every Tuesday at 6.30pm in the function room of The Bell Inn, in the heart of the village of Chittlehampton in North Devon.

A community-based mixed adult Choir with members of varying ages and abilities from all around the globe. We rehearse one evening per week in Sai Kung (Hong Kong)
