A large mixed voice CHOIR based in central Blackburn, UK. Rehearsals every Monday 7.30-9.15pm. Concerts in King George's Hall and Blackburn Cathedral.

 Our repertoire consists mainly of folk, gospel, pop and freedom songs all sung in glorious 4 part harmony and mostly in a capella style. All CHOIR members have online access to MP3 recordings of their parts so they can practise anytime.

We love welcoming new people so it would be great to have you along. There is no audition and everyone is welcome to come and check us out for a night before they join.  less

Trying to fit LCGC into a neat slot is virtually impossible. LCGC is known for their up-tempo gospel flair, swing-beat, R’n'B, traditional and soulful arrangements, with their invigorating choreography and vocal gymnastics – LCGC is outstanding to watch! It’s 40+ members perform just about anywhere, private corporate functions, after-show parties, conferences, schools, cabaret functions, clubs, weddings, christenings, funerals, prisons, churches, open-air festivals, theatres and concert halls. LCGC have sung on the soundtrack for Walt Disney’s “The Lion King”, performed for Nelson Mandela during his famous visit to London, officiated at many celebrity weddings and supported Madonna on stage during Live 8. They represent the best of British and have been sponsored by the British Council at interNATIONAL festivals in Europe, Africa and Israel. Zaśpiewaliśmy m.in. kilka utworów namibijskich ...  moreKoncert chóru "Razzle Dazzle", podczas którego zaprezentowaliśmy repertuar z najdalszych, muzycznych zakątków świata odbył się 29 czerwca 2019 w Szkole Muzycznej I i II st. im. Zygmunta Noskowskiego w Gdyni. Zaśpiewaliśmy m.in. kilka utworów namibijskich - tradycyjnych i współczesnych - które "Razzle Dazzle" śpiewa jako jedyny chór w Polsce! Na nagraniu usłyszycie: "Teleza pina" oraz "Mutahe Lutobina" Gideon Sifuba - muzyka z Namibii, "Dantani" muzyka: Engelhardt Unaeb - pieśń namibijska, "Sipiri" pieśń namibijska w języku Damara/Nama.
