The 75-member auditioned chorus has appeared at Carnegie Hall and has toured in Eastern Europe, Canada, England, China, and Australia. Experienced singers are welcome to audition and join in the months of September and January.

The ensemble strives to achieve the level of singing that enables recording of thematically diverse programmes, concert performances in excellent halls and participation in national as well as international music festivals. Our Holiday...  moreThe Connecticut Master Chorale, founded and directed by Tina Johns Heidrich in 1999, is a premier ensemble of 55 professional-caliber vocalists with a precise blend and balance. We present two performances per season in Western Connecticut. Our Holiday Prelude Concerts are accompanied by the Connecticut Master Chorale Holiday Brass, and our Spring Concerts are accompanied by the Connecticut Master Chorale Orchestra. In addition to the regularly scheduled performances, our accomplishments include a Christmas Concert at the White House, a U.S. premiere performance at Lincoln Center, three Carnegie Hall appearances, as well as concerts at West Point, Madison Square Garden, and with the Ridgefield Symphony - all by invitation. We won the annual McDonald’s Gospelfest Competition three years in a row and have appeared on ABC TV. Our recordings have been featured on WMNR Fine Arts Radio in Connecticut.  less

Jazz doesn't really fit my voice very well, but that doesn't change the fact that I'm in love with it. I also felt like this song would be the perfect opportunity to prove I don't use pitch correction. There is an awful lot of reverb on this song (more than I normally would use), but I figured since there are a few solos you would clearly be able to hear that I don't use any correction software (especially on the 2 soprano solos haha) It would really make my day if you would like, subscribe, and share this with everybody you know.
