The Capital Hearings are a Mixed a cappella vocal ensemble based in Washington, DC. We perform a wide variety of music including classical favorites, jazz standards and contemporary pop arrangements.

Individual Choir members are involved in a wide range of local community projects and often call upon the whole Choir to help drive fundraising events across the region. One Voice Community Choir celebrates diversity and continually sources new material from its multi-cultural roots. The inspired leadership of Musical Director Tyndale Thomas MBE, combined with 14 years of performance experience has produced a stunning sound and versatile choral ensemble. The International Singers hold a unique status amongst Choirs in France by means of our repertoire and composition. Bringing together very nearly 40 Mixed voice singers all sharing the same passion, they hail from countries from around the world and representative of 4 continents. The repertoire consists principally of contemporary music with anglo-saxon origins and from the very best of musical theatre as seen in London's West End or on Broadway in New York. The International Singers are beginning to wow the people of Lille and the surrounding areas of Northern France with concerts in public venues as well as at private functions organised by civic bodies as well as associations etc. Musical Objectives The International Singers is a Choir structured around anglo-saxon values and traditions. The New Choir is an auditioned chamber Choir performing choral works from all genres. The Choir has been conducting regularly scheduled performances in the Bay Area since its founding. The members of the New Choir have been brought together by their common love for the making of beautiful music. The New Choir is dedicated to the study and performance of quality choral literature and sharing the joy and the spiritual enhancement inherent in the making of music. The New Choir has been recognized for their performances of thoughtfully prepared programs. The Choir forms p...  moreAbout the Choir The University of Pretoria Youth Choir is a multi-cultural Choir consisting of 90 members aged between 14 and 19 years and representing 33 Secondary Schools in the greater Tshwane area. They are all amateur singers. The Choir forms part of the multi-Choir model of the University of Pretoria, the others being the UP Jacaranda Children’s Choir, UP Camerata.  

Since our first practice on 14 February 2013 the Choir has grown to over 80 members with around 60 attending each Thursday.
