Prof.Emil Yanev is one of the most famous Bulgarian conductors,music pedagogues and social figures.
He has conducted over 2000 concerts in Bulgaria ,Russia ,France, Holland ,Italy,Spain,Greece,Japan,Macedonia etc.His orchestras are laureates of eight grand,special and first prizes from prestigious competitions in all over the world.
Prof.E.Yanev has led a number of master Conducting classes in Bulgaria and abroad.
Prof.E.Yanev's pedagogical activity was developed in the National School of Music "Lyubomir Pipkov",the State Academy of Music"Pancho Vladigerov"and the Academy for Music-and-Dance Arts in Plovdiv where he achieved some quite serious results in the "Orchestral Playing" and "Choir and Orchestral Conducting".

The heart of Dozan wa Awtar Music Establishment is singing and community building. Major activities revolve around three groups: Dozan wa Awtar Singers, Dozan and Atfal Dozan. Dozan wa Awtar Singers is an innovative large community Choir ranging from 40-60 singers that performs three main concerts a year. Their repertoire includes a wide variety of genres including classical, musical theater, Arabic and world music . Dozan is a chamber Choir that experiments with new Arabic arrangements and other world music and specializes in smaller tailored performances as well as festivals and competitions. Within this organisation, there are two sister groups: NOVA, the core group of singers performing to accompaniment and The Grace Notes who sing a cappella. Rehearsals are held weekly and fundraising concerts for local charities are run each year in May and December.
