Aside from Juliet's original material we sing a mix of traditional Gospel, African and Eastern European Music. The Choir consists of male and female singers of all ages who simply love to sing. No auditions required and no need to read sheet music we learn by ear. The Kinge's Quire was formed in 2008 to sing music from the Renaissance, as well as modern anthems and motets in the English Choral tradition. The group is dedicated to offering opportunity for young singers to sing advanced Choral literature.

It has since grown from a small Choral group to a self-run Community choir with a wide ranging repertoire, performing music that bridges cultures and unites faith traditions. The project won an ABC award in December 2009 at the Royal Society for the Arts and was cited by the judging panel as ”an excellent, innovative way of bringing people together through a shared passion for music”. Koruso! host performances at lEast twice a year and to date has performed at a variety of venues across its home borough and beyond. Members come from all walks of life and all across Southwark. We enjoy singing together every Thursday from 6:30pm at Oliver Goldsmiths Primary School, Peckham Road. It was Mr. Bonnie Fonseka, a distinguished Old Boy, who's vision soon came to be a Benedictine tradition, by forming a musical club. This prompted the birth of the first College Choir. The Choir acquired a reputation for top cLass singing and in addition often invited to perform at important national events such as to perform with other Schools when princess Elizabeth visited Ceylon in 1952. Since Mr. Bonnie Fonseka’s retirement there were many dedicated young musicians who undertook the responsibility and uphill task of training the Choir. Some of them were Mr. Robert Joseph, Mr. Francis De Almeida, Mr. NichoLas Johnpulle, Rev Bro. Augustine and Mr. Ravein George. Mr. Ravein George revived the Choir in 1996 and guided them to reach the height of success as being cited as a CLassical Choir. The Choir won the all island singing competition in the year 1999.
