The three- and four-voice motets recorded by The young Ladies of The Sjaella sextet and The five young gentlemen of The Ensemble Nobiles represent some of The highlights from Distler's choral oeuvre: The Jahrkreis op. 5, and The Geistliche Chormusik op. 12. One of The composer's best-known works, The Totentanz op. 12 no. 2, stands at The heart of this disc. The fourteen motets for Eternity Sunday contained in The Totentanz op. 12 no. 2 were set to music by Hugo Distler and form The work's musical part. Distler accompanies The motets with non-musical verses that narrate a dialogue between death and his numerous victims.While on The present recording some of The victims' roles are spoken by The singers Themselves, Heinz-Martin Benecke lends death his charismatic voice. We hebben momenteel 22 leden maar streven in de toekomst naar een ledental van 30 (of meer natuurlijk). We hebben momenteel 22 leden maar streven in de toekomst naar een ledental van 30 (of meer natuurlijk). Onze leden komen uit Doetinchem, Zutphen, Ulft, Steenderen, Gaanderen, Etten en Megchelen. Het doel van Miracle Sound is om het Barbershopzingen bekend te maken bij een groter publiek maar vooral: plezier maken! Het repertoire bestaat uit evergreens, love- en popsongs, musicals en ballads. Uiteraard allemaal gezongen in Barbershop-stijl, dus zonder muzikale begeleiding!  less

It's The group's vision to inspire a life-long love for good music and church leadership in The young singers through The pursuit and enjoyment of musical and oTher artistic excellence. Children from ages 6 to 18 residing in Accra with consent from guardians are given The opportunity to join through auditioning. Its membership currently stands at 65. The choir sings during communion and lead congregational singing during Sunday School anniversary.
